The National Elite Duathlon championships were this year held at Prestwold Hall airfield near Loughborough.

The Saturday Clubs ride are now divided into 4 groups (imaginatively called, A,B,C and D), which effectively means that there are 2 "Steady Groups".

The final results of the 2009 have been published which confirms Luke Clarke as 1st Senior, Helen Boatman as 1st Lady, Steve Clarke as 3rd Vet and Team Milton Keynes as 2nd Team.

3 TMK riders are planning the long trip to ride the fast P881 course on the A3 down South over Easter.

Team Milton Keynes won the team award in the Icknield RC hardriders 30km time trial, lead home by Luke Clarke in 2nd with Ross Clarke 3rd.

We did our first Duathlon on Saturday and for most it was their first Duathlon as well.

The fine weather brought out the fair-weather cyclists, and at least 83 entered on the line, for the Cycle~MK Sportive, sending an estimated 350 riders circumnavigating Milton Keynes.
