The Team Keyne Youth Challenge 2009 schedule is attached ....
The events run from April 15th to the start of the school holidays in July and are split into 3 types of race with a different type each week .... Road Race, Mountain Bike Race and Time Trial + Skills test.
We are always welcome to ride their Evening Club Time Trials - £2 non members. They rotate on 3 courses but 2 of them (Astwood and A4146) are not ones which we use, except the Astwood one for our Open 20 on 19 April.
********************************************************************** The session starts at 19:25 with a warm up beside the Stantonbury campus 25m pool. We then jump in at 19:30. There are 6 lanes of graded ability. Club coach Mark Booth is normally available to coach from the side. In his absence club Triathlon rep Robin Dowswell sets the session.
We rode this event last year and it was one of our personal favourites, so we are more than happy to publicise it, as it has a great course and the weather was fantastic in 2008, when we also first came across "Mr Busy Bee" in the oxygen tent. The date has been moved forward, to miss the flying missiles, so we'll be Etaping it instead. The event was created in direct response t
