A good number of TeamMK Triathletes competed at Ironman UK at Sherbourne. Notably Mark Booth competing in his third Ironman event this year secured a qualifying slot for the Ford Ironman World Championships in Hawaii.

Lidlington Tri Challenge

It follows a similar format to last year using the Stony - Whaddon, Hanslope and Stony - Nash - Stony circuits.

On Tuesday 5th Feb Robin Dowswell will lead a 10k acceleration run from Body Limits. If his ankle has not fully recovered then he'll lead it on his bike.
