This weeks Team Keyne Saturday session will be a ride in Woburn Woods, leaving from the Aspley Heath car park at the end of Church Road at 2pm.

A core stability talk, demonstration and practical session was held at Body Limits Gym on Saturday 15th November.

Graham Macnamee (British Cycling Regional Coach) is running mountain bike skills sessions in Wendover Woods and Aston Hill during the upcoming half term, more details below.

British Cycling are running a Level 2 coaching course in Milton Keynes next March and we are looking to for a number of Team MK members who would be interested in qualifying and helping out with the Team Keyne coaching.

For the Autumn/Winter Team Keyne will be working on those MTB and cyclo cross skills and having some fun off road with a range of coaching sessions, rides and races.
