Back to Back training - Body Limits - Sat 27th

This Saturday 27th Feb there will be a 48mile bike followed by an 8 mile run.

Membership Renewal Reminder

30 Club have pre-entered the Brickhill Challenge and hopefully 7 of these have renewed their membership since 2nd February (has been clarified by 21 Feb that 5 have) otherwise they will not be covered by the club insurance - one of the many benefits of membership.

Masters Swim Workshop - cancelled **

I've been informed this is cancelled due to a family emergency ** This session focused on Masters swimmers, but also useful to Triathletes costs £15 and aims to build your swimming abilities.

The Club Road Rides are officially cancelled this weekend but it is has been suggested that you join the Mountain Bikers up Apley Woods instead, on a mountain bike with studded tyres of course.
