Circuits at Ousedale

Circuits at Ousedale school, Newport Pagnell are starting up again on Monday 8th September.

Start time is 19:00 for 1 hour. Price at end of last year was £3.50.

A typical schedule is:

10" warm up (running round the gym hall)

5" stretches

20" on the mats working on cor/abs, arms and legs

20" circuits round the hall

10" stretch and relax
