Sat 8 Nov, Longdean School, Hemel Hempstead - Graham Macnamee (British Cycling Regional Go-Ride coach) is running a Cyclo Cross training session before round 2 of the Central Cyclo Cross League on the Sunday at the same venue.

Sat 15 Nov, MK Bowl, 14:00 - Group coaching session, off road skills review and basic bike maintenance

Sat 22 Nov, Woburn Woods (will confirm meeting place), 14:00 - MTB ride round Woburn Woods, different ability groups, parents welcome.

Sat 6 Dec, MK Bowl, 14:00 - Group coaching session, off road skills and mini race

Sat 13 Dec - Christmas party, fun races, race videos

All team Keyne riders need to complete a Parental Consent and Registration form before the their first session, so either print out the form and bring it with you or complete it on the day.
