Running from Body Limits

Meet at Body Limits Gymnasium, 99 Wolverton Rd, Newport Pagnell at 18:55 for the off at 19:00.
Usual approach is a warmup jog followed by some drills and then a series of varying efforts between 1-10 minutes with recovery intervals may follow.
Sometimes we use the Tongwell lake perimeter path, sometimes the old Newport Railway Line and occasionally just follow the redways somewhere. In any event, depending on the number of people showing up, we run in 1 or two groups. Even if there is not enough for two groups slower runners are not left behind as the faster ones look back to make sure we all stay together.
