********************************************************************** The session starts at 19:25 with a warm up beside the Stantonbury campus 25m pool. We then jump in at 19:30. There are 6 lanes of graded ability. Club coach Mark Booth is normally available to coach from the side. In his absence club Triathlon rep Robin Dowswell sets the session.
Cost is £2 for adults and £1 for kids. Please pay at poolside. Robin has a flowery lime green tin which is placed by the whiteboard where you can place your money for collection.
