Dambuster Triathlon

Hopefully we'll get a large number out for this event. If so then we'll take the club gazebo also (It rained hard last year!!)

This is a classic Olympic distance event with some rolling hills to test your legs on the bike and then a run route that is flat with a repeated dog leg across the dam where you can work out how far your closest rivals are ahead or behind. The swim in Rutland water is 1 loop anti-clockwise with big marker bouys at the corner.

This is a great sharpener for Ironmen going to Frankfurt as well as a nice race for those specialising in sprint and Olympic distance. It is only an hours drive away.
