Body Limits Run

The weekly run session from Body Limits starts at 19:00. Please park in the car parks in Newport rather than the nearby residential roads as residents have been complaining.

SUMMER

Sessions are set by club coach Mark Booth. A common format is as follows:

15 minute warm up including some stretches .
30 minutes of reps around Tongwell Lake **
12 minute jog back to Body Limits

** The Tongwell lake loop is pretty much 1600m. typical sets are:
