Shaftesbury CC 50m Time Trial (E2/50)

The Clarke family are practising for the National Championship 3-up Team Time Trial. Steve, Ross & Luke will all be riding separately this 50m time trial on the superfast E2/50 course on the Newmarket bypass.

They have all previous ridden fast times over 50 miles so a TMK team record could be in jepardy and (my) the vets record could also be on the cards as Steve rode at least a 1-53-58 last year.

Helen Boatman is also returning to this course and hopefully  posting a faster time than she did a couple of weeks ago, and beating her previous club record of 1-59-37 which she set on this course last year, as part of her BAR (Best All Rounder) campaign over 25, 50 & 100 miles.  She'll at least want to improve on her season's fastest of 2-02-28.
