Team MK vs Boxfit (aka the Broggie challenge)

This is a 'friendly' team event with all participants gaining points for their places in the rankings.

The team with the most points are the winners. Last year despite a few elite ringers from the guys at Boxfit - Team MK managed to scrape the lead and won the inaugural trophy.

Dave, the Boxfit boss man, is determined to win back the trophy and has challenged us to an Olympic distance, or thereabouts, event the weekend after IMUK. 

We need as many Team MK tri folk as possible to ensure a victory and keep the trophy.

We'll start early - probably 7:30 am and the event will be followed by much refreshment and beverage around the BBQ.
