Wolverton Swim

Since the closure of Stantonbury for building work we are swimming at the Wolverton 33m outdoor pool. See http://wolvertonpool.com/ for more info.

Mark Booth and/or Robin Dowswell will be taking the 60 minute sessions. Wetsuits are an option.

Changing: Available before and showers after although don't hang about as the lifeguards need to get home.

Cost: £3 per person payable on the side of the pool to the lifeguard. This is for kids also as this swim is not subsidised by the club.

Time: 7-8pm. Get there early for warm ups.

Water temp: Despite being an outdoor pool the water is pretty warm. Could be as high as 29C although 28C is more likely.

Other: There is a kids pool featuring increasing depth which is good for practicing swallow dives.
