Team Sanjam Design 10m TT on F2A
Event Date:
Wed, 22/07/2009 - 00:00 - 23:59
Stuart Tarry (Team Sanjam Design) has contacted us to encourage entries to the cake eating competition which follows on from the F2A/10m TT which he is promoting on Sat 22nd Aug. Stuart works and rides locally.
I've taken the liberty of lifting what he posted on the timetrialling forum, where more cake discussion
can be found.
can be found. To generate plenty of space for cake, if you really want to ride three 10 mile time trials, solo, tandem and old skool over the afternoon then this can be accomodated - you will not be the only masochist!

Stuart wrote.... for those of you who are in the process of planning the remainder of your 2009 season can I draw your attention to the Team Sanjan Design 10 on the F2A on Saturday 22nd of August
For those who rode last year, the HQ will again be Comberton Village Hall which is around 4 miles from the M11 and about 15 miles from the A1 Black Cat roundabout
The course desciption can be would on lndc.org.uk. It is based on the new A428 which was opened only a few years ago meaning the surface is excellent. Unlike the F2D version used for the Cambridge and Vets national in May, the F2A starts at Hardwick flyover and goes West to turn at Caxton Gibbett round about and retracing to finish 1 mile east of the start. On its day, its on a par with the E2, imho.
Again Sarah Brooke will be on hand to take your photographs and the event encompasses a round of the Planet X old school series, rules can be found on http://www.planet-x-bikes.com/
And before you ask, yes Des and Thomo I will get Mrs Stu to make another Chocolate fudge cake for you to consume. Early starts can be arranged to ensure cake will be available post ride
