2009 Team MK Open Water Swim Challenge - Updated

Boothy is putting on a swim challenge at Haversham lake on Wednesday 26th August and is open to all Team MK members.

The plan is now confirmed. We will be having two races.

• 1500m and 400m
  

The first race will be 1500m/one circuit of the lake. The second race will be approx 400m.

Start time for the first race will be 7 AM sharp. Races will be held consecutively with the 400m starting at 7:45 so if you want you can do both.

You need to be at Haversham lake by 6:45 at the very latest to give yourself time to change and a quick warm up.

If any of you cycling types are thinking of appearing then you will need to be able to swim the distance comfortably and you might want to bring a wet suit as well!

Unfortunately the SailFish wetsuits man wont be there as he had had an accident of some kind. Sorry if you were hoping to try one.
