Team Keyne Saturday Youth Training Session

Details of the Team Keyne Sat training sessions, moving off road for the Autumn.

We're going to finish off the Summer's road training sessions with the Tour de Bowl on Sep 12th where Bill and I will running all those competitions we have done during the Summer in a stage race style and leaders jersey. The coaching sessions will then move off road for a few weeks and trips to Woburn Woods and a week off to go to the Revolution Track meeting in Manchester (see below). There is also plenty of competition available in the Central Cyclo Cross League (see HERE) if you feel like a race. We'll round off 2009 with the infamous Team Keyne Christmas Party, got some great ideas ... will let you know closer to the day.
