Turbo Training (Velomotion - Linford Wood)

Partake in a group turbo session at Linford Wood. Bring your own bike and turbo.

When: Every Wednesday at 19:00 from November probably until April. Watch the forum for updates.

Where: Linford Wood, Milton Keynes, MK14 6GD. Its a unit in an industrial park and is I think about the 2nd or 3rd right turn after you've gone through the gates into the industrial park. Once you've turned right it will be on the left hand side, about the 4th unit along. There is a multimap location link on website - www.velomotion.co.uk

How: The initial sessions will be based on already set spinerval session using a big screen.

Numbers:  Space for 8-10 people so get there early.
