Saturday Off Road Run & Ride (Brickhill/Aspley Woods)

Saturday morning off road running and riding around Brickhill/Aspley woods.

Each Saturday morning throughout the winter (weather permitting) a group of us will be meeting in Brickhill/Aspley woods for a run and a ride.

We start of at the car park (see directions below) at 8.00 am and run for around 50 minutes/5 miles aiming to be back at the car park for around 8:50. We then set off for a mountain bike ride at around 9.00 am, usually for around 1 ½ to 2 hours.

This year we are starting off earlier than last year and come December it may be a bit dark (latest sunrise is at 8:06) so we will see how it goes.

Anyone time limited can meet just for the bike or the run as suits.

Coffee and cake at Starbucks afterwards is also optional

Go into Woburn Sands from the Bow Brickhill side and at the double round about go up Church Road as far as you can. You’ll come to a muddy car park (not so muddy now they have redone it all) area and that’s where we start.
