ReLive : London Millenium Series 10m time trial Results

The result sheet has just turned up in the post which clarifies the point scoring in the team competition.

Before the ride TMK was on 2476 points, 10 points ahead of Team Welwyn on 2466.

The results list has Geoff Perry at 10th (scoring 141 points) and Helen Boatman just a few places behind in 13th (scoring 138 points).

So that put TMK on 2476+141+138=2755 points

The highest placed Team Welwyn rider (Tom Gosbee) was 15th (scoring 136 points), and George Bateman 19th (scoring 132 points).  Their last counting rider almost did not make the start as he is showing with a 9 minute Late Start, which would have meant that he started about 5 mins after the fastest seed.  [This is acceptable so long as there is not a time limit on the road, which there is not.]

So he was 2nd last on the day, for 33rd position and scoring 118 points.

So Team Welwyns total should be 2476+ 136+132+118 = 2862 beating TMK by only 107 points.
