When: Thursday 19:25-20:30

Coaching: Mark Booth, Robin Dowswell and Toni Heap coach these sessions. Mark or Robin set the session. Toni adapts them and oversees all the kids. Either way there will most weeks be either 2-3 coaches cajoling you on from the side of the pool and giving stroke improvement advice.
Typical session: Get there for 19:25 for the warm up and briefing. In the water at 19:30 for a 12 minute warm up and then a session which changes from week to week. This Spring 2010 we'll be concentrating on building your technique initially before hitting hte conditioning reps later in the spring so that you can be more efficient in the water next summer. Currently the warm up is followed by a period of drills and then some reps where you put the drill into practice with your normal stroke.
Kids: Are taken by BTF level 1 coach Toni Heap. They inhabit lanes 1&2. Faster kids join in with the adults in the rest of the pool.
