Spinning (Energie Fitness - Theatre District)

Martin Erasmus who runs some of the spinning classes has arranged the following deal for TMK members.

I have made a deal with Energie Fitness (Theatre District) for Team MK members to attend my Spin Classes for ONLY £2.50 per class, no need to join the gym.

I coach Schwinn and all my classes are done to specific training goals and heart rate profiles.

These include:
High end endurance
Low end endurance
Intensive intervals
Extensive intervals
Recovery
Competition
Fartlek
Hill

I do Friday 18:45-19:45 and Saturday 09:45-10:45 followed by a run.

The sessions run throughout the year, irrespective of whether Martin is running them.
