Back to back training - 30th Jan at Body Limits

This weekend sees the first of this years back to back sessions from Body Limits.
It will be a 45-50 mile cycle ride followed by a 7-8 mile run. This is an important early season session to set you up for bigger sessions later in the spring when you form your solid base training to set you up for the summer.

Please please ensure you park in the car park opposite the fire station and not at the gym as it is reserved for gym users and clinic customers on Saturday morning.
Bring trainers and any change of kit and extra nutrition with you to place under Mark's car port for when you get back from the run.
