Masters Swim Workshop - cancelled **

I've been informed this is cancelled due to a family emergency **

This session focused on Masters swimmers, but also useful to Triathletes costs £15 and aims to build your swimming abilities. You will do pool technique sessions, a psychology workshop and core strength training.
