Body Limits Brick session

This is the legendary brick session "hardest session of the year". Please make sure you rest up for a few days prior to this one.
3 * (Haversham 10 hilly TT course followed by 2.5mile out and back run).
This is very hard and you get a short rest between efforts. Each effort is at least 40 mins or more so it is a long session. Try to increase pace as you go through the session so that the 3rd rep is faster than the first. this requires concentration and determination. the first effort will probably feel reasonably comfortable if you are going to hit your target!
