RELAYS: A new concept reaches the UK with a relay race based on performance within age group. Select your team of 4 carefully as a 50 year old female who wins her category is as valuable to the team as a Tim Don!

At this weeks Big Cow Triathlon at Emberton there will be a TeamMK group photo.

We want as many teamMK triathletes/duathletes there as possible. The photo will be used for club promotional material and any magazine articles.

Please bring your TeamMK kit with you even if you were going to wear something else. At the very least you need a teamMK top.
