Help needed for Cowman on 4th July

Help and Marshals needed!
 
Cowman and Sprint Triathlon 4th July 2010.
 
BigCow events are looking for Marshals and helpers for the above event, in return we will provide you with:
 
a breakfast pack,
a lunch voucher,
 any leftover freebies,
 
plus a £50 BigCow voucher to be redeemed in any of our events!!!
