Verralum 25m TT - 2nd for Luke & Team award for TMK

Luke Clarke was 2nd and with strong performances from a couple of Tri regulars trying out the race-of-truth TMK easily took the team award.  The event took place last Sunday morning on the F1-course.

There was quite a turnout from TMK will all the riders breaking the hour with Steve Torley being the 'slowest' with 58-22.

Jermy Honor riding on his 40th birthday was the 2nd TMK rider home followed by Tri colleague Phil Melling, all in the Top 20.  Super vet Steve Clarke returned with 57-49 , and Steve (suffering from hay fever) the 5th rider home.  The 6th TMK rider was yours truly with a DNS, as I was driving back up the M1 from France at the time.

So these were great debuts at open TT by Jeremy & Phil, so more Tri folk should give them a go - not just the Monday night TT.  They  are so cheap compared to a Tri.

There is the strong possibility that this might be a team club record at 25m - there or thereabouts.
