Meet at the Bowl for a 6:30pm start
Dates
Pre-first race: Saturday 4th September to Friday 1st October (4 weeks)
To last race: 2nd October to Friday 10th December (9 weeks)
Format
1 hour Midweek
(Adults older kids, over 12’s only, unless invited)
- 10 min Warm up
- 15 min Focus session (explanation of technique, plenty of practice with a large aerobic element)
- 5 min recovery
- 30 min Race simulation

- Short carry
- Tight corners
- Short climb /descent
- Traversing.
