Cyclocross autumn training

Venue

Meet at the Bowl for a 6:30pm start

Dates

Pre-first race: Saturday 4th September to Friday 1st October (4 weeks)

To last race: 2nd October to Friday 10th December (9 weeks)

Format

1 hour Midweek

(Adults older kids, over 12’s only, unless invited)

  • 10 min Warm up
  • 15 min Focus session (explanation of technique, plenty of practice with a large aerobic element)
  • 5 min recovery
  • 30 min Race simulation

  • Short carry
  • Tight corners
  • Short climb /descent
  • Traversing.
