Swimming technique

This might be of interest to some: if you go to this website www.swimsmooth.com you can download ( for free) an application to your PC that lets you observe a 'perfect' swimmer. It hasn't made me into one, but it's useful if you want to check a point of technique ( and he does look pretty perfect to me).

I think he's got the edge on you Trevor, but hopefully we'll get you looking more like that over the next few months!!!!!!!!!!
