The back to back sessions from 24th May (bold = confirmed) onwards are as follows:

24th May  4 hr bike - 90 minute run                         (7weeks until Austria)
31st May  3 hr bike - 60 minute run [????]         (Not confirmed check with others first)
07th Jun   5 hr bike - 120 minute run [BIG BIKE] (5weeks until Austria, Bala on 8th for some)
14th Jun   3 hr bike - 150 minute run [BIG RUN] (4weeks until Austria)
21st Jun   5 hr bike - 30 minute run [LAST BIG BIKE] (3weeks until Austria, Dambuster for some)
28th Jun   2 hr bike - 45 minute run [TAPER]      (2weeks until Austria)

Start from Body Limits at 9am. Please don't park in the clinic car park. There is normally plenty of space in the road opposite. Budget 4-6hours for each session and don't forget to bring your drinks and gels and practice your nutrition as you would on race day.
